02 Built around selling direct

The farm details
are built in.

From the storefront to the packing table, keep your products, orders and pickup and delivery choices together.

By the item. Or by the weight.

Fixed-price products and variable-weight cuts belong together. Show an estimate, then finalize the price from the actual packed weight.

Stock and orders, your way.

Count the packages you have available to sell, show available/running low/sold out, or keep it to available/unavailable. Choose instant orders with counted stock, or approve requests first.

Pickup and delivery on your terms.

Offer farm pickup, market pickup or scheduled local delivery. For a pickup or delivery you arrange directly, agree on a time and place with the customer.

Card payments or payment in person.

Offer online card payments for eligible instant orders, or let customers pay at pickup, on delivery or when you meet, under your farm's terms. Online card payments require counted stock and payment-account onboarding. Approval requests use payment when the customer gets their order. Payment-processing fees are separate.

Setup with your farm in mind.

We'll set up your storefront and farmer workspace with you, including customer confirmations, order updates and farmer alerts. Together we'll configure the payment and pickup and delivery options that fit your farm.

04 A note from Chris, founder

An extra set of
hands for your farm.

“I buy most of my own food directly from farmers because I care about knowing where it comes from and who raised it. I built FarmKept to make selling direct a little easier for the people doing the raising.”
